 Hanjitech is joint ventured with one of the Korea's top manufacturer of CURVED GLASS. Hanjitech and its joint venture partner has developed a new method and take step into the industrialization statge. Followings are the key characteristics of our glass shaping technology:
  • Thermal gravity deformation with no use of mold
  • 2D cutting and fine grinding by CNC machine (if needed, thermal polishing is possible)
  • Jig design to accommodate the change of shape from 2D
  • No polishing against the curved surface (surface quality of original glass before shaping)

Although many companies are trying, a very few companies can actually meet the demanding customer requirements of 2.5D, not to mention 3D.
It is mainly due to the labor intensive processes which in turn cause problems in?quality control.??That is the main reason why we set our goals to minimize labor intensive activities and employ more of standardized mechanical and thermal processes.
